1.Amenities Policy
Guests are welcome to use the motel's amenities:
The motel is not responsible for accidents or injuries that occur while using the
amenities.

2.Liability
The motel is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property during a guest's
stay.

3.A government issued valid ID proof will required.

4. Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed in rooms, except service animals.
Unauthorized pets in rooms will incur a $500 penalty.

5. Acknowledgement
By booking and staying at Junction Motor Inn, guests acknowledge that they have read,
understood, and agreed to abide by all the motel's policies and terms listed above.

1.Payment Policy
The motel accepts cash, credit card, and debit card payments.
A valid credit card must be provided at check-in, even if the guest intends to pay with cash or a
debit card.
A hold may be placed on the credit card for incidentals and released upon check-out, provided
there are no damages or unpaid charges.

Guests may cancel up to 24 hours before the arrival date without penalty.
Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival will incur a charge for the first night's
stay.

Refund Policy
Refunds are only provided if the motel cannot provide a reasonable alternative or solution.
Refunds do not apply to changes of mind, personal preferences, minor complaints, or
complaints that are not reported immediately.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children of any age are welcome.

Children under 12 years old may stay in their parent or guardian's room for free.
Additional guests will be charged an extra-person fee.

No cots or extra beds are available.

stay. Applicable charges will be charged to the card on file.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to motel property during them
stay. Any damage may be charged to the guest's credit card on file.

5. Noise Policy
Guests are expected to respect other guests' right to quiet and peaceful enjoyment of their
rooms.
Excessive noise or disturbances may result in eviction without refund.
